Welcome to the Office of General Education and the QEP. We are the home of Foundation of Knowledge, Northern Kentucky University’s General Education Program. Foundation of Knowledge is designed as an essential part of the degree. Integrated with the major, it helps prepare students for life and work after graduation. Foundation of Knowledge is designed around a set of student learning outcomes. These learning outcomes define the knowledge, skills and values the NKU faculty believe are essential for the success of 21st Century college graduates.
